The Opportunity:

As a Founders Office Associate, youll be at the core of CoinedOnes strategic growth initiatives. Reporting directly to the Founder & CEO, youll leverage your previous experience in growth-stage startups to independently execute key projects across strategy, operations, business development, PR, investor relations, and HR. Youll be accountable for tangible outcomes, significantly impacting our trajectory and growth.

This role positions you as a critical contributor, responsible for driving initiatives forward autonomously, shaping decisions, and accelerating CoinedOnes mission. Your contributions will be visible, impactful, and instrumental in defining the companys success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently support strategic projects directly for the Founder & CEO
• Collaborate autonomously with leadership across various departments
• Drive HR, PR, Communications, and Investor Relations initiatives
• Manage and analyze data for strategic decision-making
• Independently contribute to CEOs social media and PR strategies
• Lead hiring and onboarding for roles reporting to the CEO
• Serve as a liaison between executives, team members, clients, and partners
• Coordinate critical meetings, strategic calendars, and executive travel
• Represent the CEO professionally when necessary

What were looking for:

• 1-3 years of experience in growth-stage startups (0-100 stage), demonstrating direct contributions to business outcomes
• Proven experience independently managing strategic projects or initiatives
• Background or practical exposure in business planning, budgeting, or strategic execution
• Familiarity or direct experience with PR, HR, or Investor Relations
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and independent problem-solving abilities
• A proactive mindset, accountability, and ability to operate with minimal oversight
• Entrepreneurial spirit, initiative, and drive to thrive in a high-growth environment
