IT Infrastructure Lead

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Lead to drive the strategy, implementation, security and day-to-day management of our IT infrastructure across multiple locations.

You will play a critical role in ensuring our technology ecosystem remains secure, scalable, and always available while leading infrastructure projects, vendor partnerships, and IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Infrastructure Management

• Lead end-to-end IT infrastructure across servers, storage, networking, Wi-Fi, VPN, cloud platforms, and end-user computing.
• Ensure high availability, performance, scalability, and business continuity.
• Monitor infrastructure health, capacity planning, and optimization.

2. Network & Security

• Manage LAN/WAN, routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, wireless infrastructure, and endpoint security.
• Drive cybersecurity initiatives, patch management, vulnerability management, and access controls.
• Support ISO/ISMS compliance and incident response.

3. Cloud & Server Administration

• Manage Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, virtualization, and Microsoft 365.
• Administer Azure/AWS environments and backup & disaster recovery solutions.

4. IT Operations

• Lead the IT support function and ensure SLA adherence.

• Oversee employee onboarding/offboarding, access provisioning, and IT asset lifecycle management.
• Drive service excellence across multiple office locations.

5. Projects & Vendor Management

• Deliver infrastructure projects including office expansions, migrations, upgrades, and technology rollouts.
• Manage vendor relationships, procurement, contracts, AMCs, budgets, and technology evaluations.

6. Compliance

• Maintain IT policies, documentation, SOPs, asset registers, and audit readiness.
• Support internal and external compliance audits.

Experience

• 10+ years in IT Infrastructure Management
• Experience managing enterprise IT environments across multiple locations
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, servers, networking, and security
• Experience leading IT teams and vendor ecosystems

Technical Expertise

• LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, VLANs, Routing & Switching
• Firewalls, VPN, Wireless Networks
• Windows Server, Active Directory, Virtualization
