Job Description
- Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
- Collaborates with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
- Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
- Assists with job posting and advertising processes.
- Manages and executes full life-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation, and more
- Attends and participates in college job fairs and recruiting sessions.
- Proactive high-level sourcing, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, and Boolean searches, and finding passive candidates through multifaceted internet searches and networking.
- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.

- Prepare weekly and monthly hiring reports. Maintain trackers and focus on talent mapping.
- In addition to recruitment, you will help assist in onboarding process, reference checks, and regular candidate check - ins.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
