Colliers Engineering & Design partners with clients across industrial, data centres, infrastructure, commercial, residential, health, education, defence, energy and resources, transport, and public sector projects, delivering integrated solutions.
We have a unique role available that blends executive support, office operations and client engagement. You'll work closely with senior leaders and play a key role in creating exceptional experiences for our people, clients and visitors.

Responsibilities:
- Executive support and business coordination, including calendar management, travel, meetings and key projects.
- Coordination of the Corporate Services function, supporting administrative teams across Perth and Darwin and driving operational excellence.
- Office and facilities management, ensuring our workplace is efficient, professional and welcoming.
- Client engagement and events, delivering networking events, client experiences and business development initiatives.
- People and recruitment coordination, supporting onboarding, offboarding and recruitment activities across the WA and NT region.
Qualifications
What you’ll bring:
- Experience in Executive Assistant, Operations or Office Management roles.
- Exceptional organisation, communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience coordinating events, projects and multiple competing priorities.
- A proactive, hands-on approach and a willingness to jump in wherever needed.
Your strong admin skills, coupled with a highly organised, proactive nature will ensure success in this busy and varied role.
