Property Manager -Technical

Role & responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day technical operations of the property/facility
• Oversee maintenance of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and fire & safety systems
• Ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance is carried out as per schedule
• Monitor performance of technical service providers and vendors
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and safety standards
• Prepare and manage annual maintenance budgets and track expenses
• Conduct regular audits and inspections of building systems
• Handle emergency situations and ensure quick resolution of technical issues
• Maintain records of equipment, AMC contracts, and service reports
• Coordinate with clients, tenants, and internal teams for technical requirements

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong knowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) systems
• Understanding of HVAC systems and building management systems (BMS)
• Good vendor management and negotiation skills
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting ability
• Knowledge of safety standards and statutory compliance
• Good communication and team management skills
