Job Summary
Responsible for planning and designing new software and web applications. Edits new and existing applications. Implements, testing and debugging defined software components. Documents all development activity. Works with moderate guidance in own area of knowledge.
Responsibilities

• Strong hands-on experience in Workday HCM configuration, including business process frameworks, supervisory orgs, and core HR modules.
• Deep understanding of Workday Security Framework, user provisioning and access management
• Support Business process testing (UAT / regression testing), Integration & Reports testing
• Exposure to or willingness to work on test automation frameworks (e.g., UiPath Test Suite or similar tools).
• Perform assigned duties for security and user provisioning on the Workday platform
• Transacts on corrections, rescinds, and change of in progress and completed business processes related to security intake and provisioning.
• Collaborate with team members on assigned duties for SOX and other security audit activities spanning application, platform, and data privacy.
• Conduct periodic review of and adherence to security procedures to maintain evolving security access and control environment requirements
• Works with Quality Assurance team to determine if applications fit specification and technical requirements.
• Displays knowledge of engineering methodologies, concepts, skills and their application in the area of specified engineering specialty.
• Displays knowledge of and ability to apply, process design and redesign skills.
• Displays in-depth knowledge of and ability to apply, project management skills.
• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

While possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast also may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience.
