Legal Outreach Associate

ComplyDP simplifies compliance with Indias new Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act for startups and small to medium businesses (SMBs). This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Outreach Associate based in Jabalpur. The Legal Outreach Associate will be responsible for fostering relationships with clients and stakeholders, facilitating community outreach initiatives, delivering presentations, providing exceptional customer service, and acting as a liaison to enhance the understanding of DPDP compliance solutions offered by ComplyDP. The role also involves ensuring clear communication, understanding client needs, and supporting their compliance journey.

• Strong Interpersonal Skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with diverse stakeholders
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to clearly convey complex concepts and information
• Customer Service expertise, with the capability to address inquiries, provide support, and ensure customer satisfaction
• Experience in Community Outreach and building engagement with different groups
• Proficiency in creating and delivering impactful Presentations to stakeholders or audiences
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Bachelors degree in Law, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with data protection laws and compliance is a plus but not mandatory
