Account Manager

Concept Communication Ltd, one of Indias leading integrated communication agencies, is looking for an Account Manager to join our team in Thiruvananthapuram.

This is a dynamic, client-facing role for someone who understands the communication and marketing ecosystem and enjoys building client relationships, driving campaigns and developing new business.

The role will involve:

• Managing and servicing existing clients across Advertising, Digital Marketing and Social Media Management

• Understanding client requirements and translating them into effective communication and marketing solutions

• Coordinating with internal creative, digital, social media and advertising teams to deliver campaigns

• Developing strong and long-term client relationships

• Identifying new opportunities within existing accounts

• New Business Development – identifying prospects, pitching solutions and converting new clients

• Preparing proposals, presentations and campaign plans
• Staying updated on emerging trends in advertising, digital and social media

• We are looking for someone who is:
• check mark Experienced in advertising / digital marketing / social media / communication agency business
• check mark Strong in client servicing and relationship management
• check mark A good communicator with excellent presentation and negotiation skills
• check mark Commercially driven and passionate about new business development

check mark Able to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously

check mark Based in or willing to work from Thiruvananthapuram

Experience: 5+ years in advertising, digital marketing, PR, social media or an integrated communication agency would be preferred.
