About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Integrated Marketing Executive to drive 360-degree communication strategies for high-profile corporate, public health, and government mandates. . You will act as the nerve center for our campaigns, bridging the gap between l marketing execution, strategic account management, and agency growth. Whether you are a driven fresher ready to prove yourself or a junior executive looking to step up, we need someone who can manage complex client relationships, seamlessly coordinate internal teams, and actively contribute to business development.

Core Responsibilities :

1. 360-Degree Campaign Management

• Act as the primary bridge between the agency and key clients, managing end-to-end workflows for multi-channel communication strategies.
• Translate complex client briefs into clear, actionable deliverables.
• Proactively manage project timelines, ensuring integrated campaigns launch seamlessly and hit strategic milestones.

2. Internal Team Coordination (The Strategic Glue)

• Work seamlessly alongside internal creative, copy, and media teams to guide the development of campaign assets.
• Ensure all departments are aligned on the strategic vision and deadlines for every client mandate.

3. Business Development & Account Growth

• Actively assist senior leadership in identifying new business opportunities and strategies to organically grow existing client portfolios.
• Collaborate on building compelling, consulting-grade pitch presentations for prospective clients.
• Participate in pitch preparations, helping to articulate integrated digital and communication strategies clearly.

4. Executive Data Storytelling & Reporting

• Develop visually clean, highly sophisticated presentation decks (matching global consulting standards) for campaign pitches, strategy blueprints, and monthly reporting.
• Transform raw data and campaign metrics into compelling visual stories and actionable insights for senior stakeholders.

5. Regional Content Strategy & Quality Control

• Guide the creative process to ensure all campaign assets are psychologically and culturally resonant with the target audience.
• Meticulously review all content for accuracy, strategic alignment, and tone before client submission, with a specialized focus on the Gujarati-speaking demographic.

Who You Are (The Must-Haves)

• Experience: 0 to 2 years. A strong academic/portfolio background for freshers, or hands-on agency experience in client servicing or digital marketing.
• Skillset: A holistic understanding of how digital execution and account management intersect, coupled with a commercially driven, business-development mindset.
• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Gujarati.
• Tools: High proficiency in presentation software (PowerPoint/Keynote) with a sharp eye for modern data visualization and formatting.
