The position: Digital Marketing Trainer

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Trainer with a strong background in SEO and digital marketing. The ideal candidate should have worked both in a digital marketing agency and a training institute, enabling them to bring practical insights and hands-on expertise to the training sessions.

• Salary scale - 30k to 60k per month
• This is a WORK-FROM OFFICE position.
• The office is in DLF Phase 4, Gurgaon.
• Working hours: 9 AM to 7 PM
• 2nd & 4th Saturdays are off
• 21 Days Annual Leave
• 18-24 days of Festival Holiday Calendar
• There are no options to work from home or remotel
• We do not work with freelancers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and practical training sessions on digital marketing in both online and offline modes.
• Develop and update training materials for topics including:
• Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
• Social Media Marketing (SMM)
• Content Marketing
• Email Marketing
• Digital Analytics
• Provide in-depth training on SEO strategies, tools, and techniques to enhance website visibility and performance.
• Mentor trainees on how to craft effective digital marketing strategies and implement them in real-world scenarios.
• Conduct workshops and live projects to ensure practical understanding of core concepts.
• Evaluate trainees progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in the digital marketing industry and integrate them into training sessions.

Required Skills and Expertise

• Strong hands-on experience in SEO, including technical SEO, on-page optimisation, and link-building strategies.
• Comprehensive knowledge of digital marketing domains like SEM, SMM, content creation, and email marketing.
• Proficiency in tools such as:
• Google Analytics and Google Search Console
• SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar SEO tools
• Social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.)
• Email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with a knack for simplifying complex concepts.
• Proven ability to train and mentor students or professionals in digital marketing.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a digital marketing agency.
• At least 1 year of experience as a trainer in a recognised training institute.
• Certification in Digital Marketing or SEO will be an added advantage.
