Job Track Description:

• Requires broad technical expertise and industry knowledge of Payment & Health solutions working with Government clients.
• Accountable for functional & operational management of team resources.
• Assists others in achieving goals.
• Manages performance appraisals and pay reviews.
• Manages training for 4 or more employees.
• Manages hiring and termination actions.

• Assigns and monitors work of team members and provides support of project objectives.
• Manages priorities between projects that requires critical thinking and complex problem-solving.
• Develops and maintains reporting procedures.
• Monitors performance in project control activities.
• Develops and distributes reports related to project activities, general project management, and financial issues.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Complies with all policies and standards.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION:

• Minimum of 10 years managing technical project teams.
• Minimum of 7 years of hands on technical project management.
• PMP certification.
