margin-bottom: 0cm;"><span style="font-size: 11.5pt;">Design and develop comprehensive Power BI reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights into business operations and performance. <u>Proficient in Complex DAX</u><strong><u>:</u></strong> Deep understanding of Data Analysis Expressions (DAX), including advanced functions for filtering, calculations, and time intelligence. </span></li><li style="line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0cm;"><span style="font-size: 11.5pt;">Analyze large datasets using advanced Excel functions to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for process improvement. </span></li><li style="line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0cm;"><span style="font-size: 11.5pt;">Automate workflows and optimize business processes using Power Automate and Macros. </span></li><li style="line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0cm;"><span style="font-size: 11.5pt;">Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and interpret business requirements, translating them into analytical solutions. </span></li><li style="line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0cm;"><span style="font-size: 11.5pt;">Create and maintain detailed documentation of business processes, workflows, and data analysis models. </span></li><li style="line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0cm;"><span style="font-size: 11.5pt;">Bachelor’s degree in business, Data Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field with 8+ years of experience.</span></li><li style="line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0cm;"><span style="font-size: 11.5pt;">Proven experience (5+ years) as a Analyst / Sr. Analyst in a similar role. </span></li><li style="line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0cm;"><span style="font-size: 11.5pt;">Create Client presentable Dashboards that are action – based in Power BI and/or Tableau. </span></li><li style="line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0cm;"><span style="font-size: 11.5pt;">Proficiency in Power BI, Power Automate, Microsoft Flow, and Excel for data visualization, automation, and analysis. </span></li><li style="line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0cm;"><span style="font-size: 11.5pt;">Strong knowledge of data analysis techniques and tools, with the ability to interpret complex data and deliver clear, actionable insights. </span></li><li style="line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0cm;"><span style="font-size: 11.5pt;">Experience in business process automation, workflow optimization, and creating custom automation solutions. </span></li><li style="line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0cm;"><span style="font-size: 11.5pt;">Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. </span></li><li style="line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0cm;"><span style="font-size: 11.5pt;">Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders and present data-driven insights effectively. </span></li><li style="line-height: normal;
