Position: Manager/Associate Director/Director

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage audit engagements from planning to completion.
• Review and analyze financial statements and audit findings.
• Provide guidance and training to junior staff members.
• Communicate with clients to address concerns and provide recommendations.
• Work with the Audit practice to execute Statutory Audit under Indian GAAP and related services for client.
• Review of financial statements ensuring compliance with GAAPs.
• Review of the work performed by the team members and manage multiple engagements.
• Work with the Audit engagement teams to consistently deliver high quality output.
• Act as Supercoach of the assigned staff and have supervision and coaching skills, the ability to motivate engagement teams.
• Management reporting for investors/ stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in audit assurance.
• Keyskills: IndAS, Indian GAAP, Audit & Assurance.
• Education: Chartered Accountant.
• Strong knowledge of auditing standards and procedures.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team.
