Role Description

This full-time role as a Business Development Manager is based on-site in Bengaluru South. The primary responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, driving growth, and maintaining strong relationships with current and potential stakeholders. The role involves market analysis, preparing strategies for business expansion, achieving sales targets, and providing regular updates to senior management. The Business Development Manager will contribute to long-term organizational goals and align with the companys mission of being a prominent player in the energy sector.

Qualifications
  • Proficient in Business Development, Strategic Planning, and Market Research.
  • Strong skills in Sales, Relationship Management, and Negotiation.
  • Analytical skills coupled with the ability to assess market trends and competitors.

    Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve targets and deliver measurable results.
  • Prior experience in the energy or related industry will be a plus.
