What You'll Own:
- Elite Network Penetration: Active coverage of the Top 10 technology institutes (India) and Top 10 business schools (India) - both current batches and, critically, the alumni base. Build direct alumni-driven referral loops, not broadcast hiring.
- Tech, AI & Investing Hiring Mastery: Strong fluency in tech hiring across AI, Data, Engineering, Product & Platform, Quant, Research, Investing, and Strategy. Sharp signal-vs-noise judgment on elite profiles.
- Precision Sourcing - Non-Mass: LinkedIn is the primary channel: deep Boolean plus relationship-driven outreach. Naukri, Indeed, and other volume portals are delegated to junior recruiters. Your time goes only to high-impact, high-quality talent.
- Competitive Intelligence & Talent Mapping: Living org-maps across direct competitors and adjacent biologicals, AI, and investing firms. Track who is where, who is promotable, and who is movable in the next 6-12 months. Use alumni connections to access passive candidates.

- External Search & Database Leverage: Collaborate with top headhunters. Negotiate access to shared and premium databases. Cross-reference in-house and external pipelines. A meaningful bonus if you already own or can access premium headhunter databases.
- Founder's Office Partnership: Work directly with the founder on every senior mandate. Translate ambiguous, evolving briefs into clear hiring strategies. Comfortable operating with business heads, CIO/CTO, fund heads, and scientific leadership. A long-term talent builder - not a transactional recruiter.
