Role Overview :
The Senior Full Stack Software Engineer is responsible for software development, maintenance, monitoring, problem resolution of both front- and back-end systems development solutions with or within .NET, Relativity or other tools that relate to eDiscovery applications, databases and workflows. This role participates in projects from all SDLC lifecycles, including inception of the project through the maintenance phase. Executing on the analyzing, writing, building and deployment of software with high quality development solutions.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the creation and maintenance of moderate to highly complex solutions (including data infrastructure, reporting, and applications) that address the informational and analytical needs of the various groups.
- Responsible for all phases of the project lifecycle which include requirements definition, solution design, 1application development, and system testing.
- Analyze end user data needs and develop user-oriented solutions which interface with existing applications.
- Maintain documentation for all work processes and procedures.
- Make improvement suggestions and adhere to all approved work changes for the team.
- Interact and partner effectively across all appropriate internal business teams.
- Provide backup support for all work and project efforts as needed.
- Assist with team planning and growth strategy.
- Ensure execution of all industry InfoSec specific compliance matters within the team.
- Participate in major upgrades to systems, platforms and/or software.
- Participate or training on business functionality for system end users.
- Test operation of completed programs, debug as needed.
- Develop functional unit testing around developed applications for testing automation.
- Works with minimal supervision and is responsible for making an established range of decisions, escalating to Manager when necessary and updating Manager on a regular basis
- Adaptable and able to learn quickly and demonstrate a big picture approach when working on projects.
Minimum Education Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or related field, or comparable business/technical experience.
- At least 4 - 7 years of experience of application development experience which includes: programming, data management, collection, modeling and interpretation across complex data sets. Programming skills (database, system, or scripting).
- Front-end technology: Experience in front-end technologies (any): .Net, JavaScript, CSS3 and HTML5 and third-party libraries such as React Js, Angular, jQuery and LESS
- Development languages: Knowledge of server-side programming languages (any): .Net, Java, Ruby or Python
- Database and cache: Familiarity with DBMS technology, including SQLServer, Oracle, MongoDB and MySQL and caching mechanisms such as Redis, Memcached and Varnish
- Proven ability to design, develop, and deploy full-stack web applications with both SQL and NoSQL databases
- Proven ability to coach more junior developers in the areas of design, development, and deployment of full-stack web applications with both SQL and NoSQL databases,
- Proven ability to rapidly learn and adapt to new engineering tools, languages, and frameworks
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle and testing strategies
- Comfortable working with Enterprise Integration Patterns, Service-Oriented Architecture, and Microservices
- Ideally experienced with Stream processing, Event-Driven Architecture, Messaging Protocols, and Data Engineering
- Ability to work independently or as a part of a broader team

- Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+)
- Proficient in modern web frontend frameworks and state management libraries
- Proficient in server-side languages and RESTful API design/development
- Solid understanding of database design/management and caching mechanisms
- Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms such as OAuth 2.0 and JWT
- Strong experience with both Microsoft Windows Server infrastructure and distributed systems
- Experience with version control systems and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Work mode : Hybrid ( 3 days in a week at office)
- Shift Timings : 11 AM to 8 PM IST

Initially founded in 2002 as First Advantage Litigation Consulting, Consilio was initially focused on providing Forensics Consulting services to multinational corporate clients who were beginning to struggle with the Big Data challenges of electronically stored information (ESI).
With the technology addition from the acquisition of True Data Partners – which built data processing software that had strength in multilingual document processing – Consilio began to expand its footprint into data processing and eDiscovery services. In late 2005, Consilio launched its web-based review technology, Global RPM, and Secure Data Hosting services.
From 2006 to 2010, Consilio created and expanded its operations in Europe and Asia. We established an India-based operations team to enable follow-the-sun support for our increasingly global client base. That period also saw the addition of a more in-depth bench of technical consulting resources that focused on providing eDiscovery services and eDiscovery consulting as well as document review services.
In the early 2010’s, Consilio continued its expansion and investment in Europe and Asia in response to client inquiries and the growth of cross-border litigation. This period also saw Consilio’s introduction of its industry-leading Enhanced Audio Review solution, as well as the introduction of text analytics workflows in the Global RPM review platform. In 2013, First Advantage Litigation Consulting rebranded to Consilio.
In 2015, Consilio separated from parent-company First Advantage, taking on Shamrock Capital Advisors as its principal investor. With the support of Shamrock, Consilio added Backstop LLP, Proven Legal Technologies, the Huron Legal practice of Huron Consulting Group and EQD. The addition of these complementary businesses added additional capability and solutions to Consilio. Backstop Predictive Coding software was added to the technology suite, and a litany of legal consulting services and strong technical skills were added from the Huron Legal, Proven Legal Technologies, and EQD businesses. It also launched the latest iteration of its web-based platform, Sightline.
In 2018, Consilio merged with Advanced Discovery in a transaction powered by new private equity partner, GI Partners. In October of the same year, Consilio also announced and acquired another highly regarding leader in legal consulting and services, DiscoverReady. Both companies expanded Consilio’s geographic footprint, technology innovations, as well as its depth of expertise while offering highly complimentary portfolios of law firm and corporate clients.
In 2021, Consilio completed the announced merger with Xact Data Discovery in a transaction together with private equity partners, Stone Point Capital LLC and by Aquiline Capital Partners LLC. The combined company offers clients expanded geographic reach, strengthened technologies and workflows.
