Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development (Female Candidate Preferred) with 1-2 years of experience in client interaction, cold calling, and lead generation. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our client base and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Conduct client meetings and presentations to showcase company services
• Follow up on leads and convert them into business opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and servicing
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
• Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets

Key Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in Business Development / Sales / Client Servicing
• Preferred backgrounds: Real Estate, Hotel Sales, Banking (Client Servicing)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence in cold calling and pitching services
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive approach
• Basic understanding of sales processes and CRM tools is a plus
