Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Associate to join our US Audit practice in Bangalore. In this role, you will be responsible for executing audit procedures, analyzing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with US GAAP standards for a diverse portfolio of international clients. You will work closely with onshore engagement teams and client stakeholders to facilitate seamless audit workflows, ensuring accuracy and transparency in financial reporting. By delivering high-quality audit documentation and identifying potential financial risks, you will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity of our clients' financial data and supporting their long-term business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute comprehensive audit procedures for US-based clients to ensure financial statements align with GAAP requirements and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reconcile complex financial data, ensuring all audit evidence is gathered and documented with precision.
  • Analyze financial reporting processes to identify discrepancies or control weaknesses, providing actionable insights that improve client financial health.
  • Manage end-to-end statutory audit documentation, ensuring all deliverables meet strict internal quality benchmarks and client deadlines.
  • Communicate findings effectively to senior stakeholders, translating complex audit results into clear, professional reports that drive informed decision-making.

Required Skillset:

  • Demonstrate deep technical proficiency in US Taxation and Statutory Audit frameworks, with a strong grasp of GAAP principles and financial reporting standards.
  • Exhibit exceptional analytical capabilities, with the ability to interpret complex financial datasets and draw logical, evidence-based conclusions.
  • Maintain clear and professional communication skills, capable of articulating audit findings to both technical teams and non-financial stakeholders.
  • Possess a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification, reflecting a high standard of professional expertise and commitment to the field.
  • Adapt seamlessly to a hybrid work environment in Bangalore, demonstrating the ability to manage tasks independently while remaining highly collaborative within a virtual team structure.
