Chartered Accountant - Global Audit Delivery

Role Overview:

We are seeking a high-caliber Chartered Accountant to join our Global Audit Delivery team in Delhi NCR. In this role, you will serve as a critical bridge between our local delivery center and international client engagements, ensuring seamless execution of complex audit procedures. You will work closely with cross-border engagement teams and global stakeholders to deliver high-quality financial insights. By maintaining rigorous standards in statutory compliance and financial reporting, you will directly influence the accuracy of global financial statements and support our clients in navigating complex regulatory landscapes across multiple jurisdictions. Key Responsibilities:

• Execute comprehensive statutory audits for international clients to ensure adherence to global regulatory requirements and internal quality standards.
• Analyze complex financial datasets to identify discrepancies and provide actionable recommendations that enhance the integrity of client financial reporting.
• Collaborate with global engagement teams to streamline audit workflows, ensuring timely delivery and consistent application of IFRS and GAAP principles.
• Communicate audit findings and technical accounting interpretations to stakeholders, facilitating informed decision-making and risk mitigation.
• Manage documentation and audit evidence in alignment with global delivery protocols to ensure full compliance during internal and external reviews.

Required Skillset:

• Demonstrate deep technical proficiency in IFRS, GAAP, and statutory audit procedures, with the ability to apply these frameworks to diverse business scenarios.
• Exhibit strong analytical capabilities to interpret complex financial statements and identify potential risks within reporting structures.
• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective coordination with international teams and diverse stakeholders across different time zones.
• Maintain a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification, demonstrating a strong foundation in accounting standards and professional ethics.
• Show high adaptability to a hybrid work environment in Delhi NCR, managing multiple priorities with precision and professional rigor.
