Manager - Business Analyst - Banking/Financial Services

About the Role:

• We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Manager - Business Analyst (BA) with strong expertise in Banking and Financial Services domain projects.
• The ideal candidate should possess excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills along with hands-on experience in Agile methodologies and requirement management tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts.
• Gather, analyze, and define business requirements.
• Prepare BRD, FRD, SRS, proposals, and user stories.
• Utilize Agile methodologies for project delivery.
• Coordinate with development, QA, and project management teams.
• Create wireframes and workflows using Visio/Figma.
• Conduct stakeholder meetings and sprint discussions.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
• Support UAT and change management activities.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong Banking / Financial Services domain experience.
• Minimum 8 Years & Above of BA experience with 3 - 5+ years of team handling experience.
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Excel, Visio, and Figma.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in Core Banking, Lending, Payments, LOS/LMS.
• Exposure to API integrations and digital banking platforms.
• Business Analysis or Agile certifications are an added advantage.
