Senior Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Identify and prioritize target accounts, develop account plans, and execute sales strategies to win new business.
• Conduct discovery calls and product demos to qualify prospects and build relationships with key stakeholders.
• Lead and manage the sales cycle, including preparing proposals and negotiating contracts.
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns to generate leads and increase awareness of our product.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customer success, product, and engineering, to ensure customer satisfaction and product success.
• Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date sales forecasts and pipeline reports.
• Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitive landscape.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• 3-8 years of experience in software sales, with a focus on SaaS solutions
• Experience selling contract lifecycle management software is a plus
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Proficient in CRM and sales tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, etc.
