Role & responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Project Accountant with strong expertise in construction and real estate accounting. The role involves managing project-level financials, ensuring compliance, and providing insights for cost control and profitability. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in accounting principles, hands-on experience in job costing, and the ability to work closely with project and site teams.
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field .
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in the construction or real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of construction accounting principles (job costing, revenue recognition, retention, etc.).
- Proficiency in accounting software.
