At our office, we mix work with creativityand a little bit of play. From brainstorming content ideas to enjoying recreational games and free snacks, theres never a dull moment here.

What Youll Do:

• Manage and grow our social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
• Create and schedule content (posts, reels, stories, polls) using tools like Canva.
• Stay up to date with the latest digital trends and apply them to campaigns.
• Brainstorm with the team for new campaign ideas and audience engagement strategies.
• Track performance and assist in preparing basic marketing reports.
• Interact with followers, respond to DMs/comments, and build community engagement.

What Were Looking For:

• Passion for digital marketing, branding, and social media
• Basic content creation and graphic design skills (Canva or similar)
• Awareness of current trends, meme culture, and platform algorithms
• Good communication and creativity
• A learning attitude and team spirit
• Must be based in Raipur or willing to work on-site
