A leading real estate company specializing in luxury villas and apartments. We are seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our sales and marketing efforts for our villa and apartment projects.

Location : Salem (Tamil Nadu)

Job Summary:

• We are looking for a results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for our villa and apartment projects.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales and marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead a team to achieve sales targets.

• Requirements:
• 1. Education: Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2. Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in real estate sales and marketing, with a focus on luxury villas and apartments.
• 3. Skills:

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales and marketing strategies.
• Proficient in CRM software and sales analytics tools.

• 4. Certifications: RERA certification or other relevant real estate certifications are a plus.

• 4. Conduct market research:
• - Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer behavior to inform sales and marketing strategies.
• 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams:
• - Work with marketing, product development, and construction teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales and marketing strategies.
• 6. Manage sales operations:
• - Oversee sales operations, including lead generation, sales forecasting, and sales reporting.
• 7. Meet sales targets:
• - Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for villa and apartment projects.
