Assistant Manager Finance Account

• Primary Responsibilities :
• black small square Adhere to accounting SOPs while reviewing accounting statements.
• black small square Ensure timely closure of books of accounts - Compilation of financial statements, finalization of statements.
• black small square Ensure monthly MIS and Collections report.
• black small square Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
• black small square Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections and monitor financial performance against budgets and highlight deviations.

black small square Assisting during Statutory, Internal, Cost Audit by providing necessary documents, records & details. black small square Investigating and resolving audit findings, account discrepancies, and issues of non- compliance.

black small square Posting / Review of all entries in ERP systems & maintaining all accounting & statutory files. black small square Contributing to the development of new or amended accounting systems, programs, and procedures.

• black small square Monitor all bank activities sheets and receivable ageing data.
• black small square Review of monthly TDS working & reconciliation of TDS receivables.
• black small square Review and Filing of all statutory returns (i.e. GST, TDS and Income Tax etc.).
• black small square Review of monthly bank reconciliation statement. black small square Manage query resolution and reconciliation within the prescribed TATs.
• black small square Assist internal and external teams in direct and indirect tax assessments, as well as implementation and maintenance of internal compliance software.
• black small square Ensure accurate reporting of tax related details.
• black small square Ensure that Company bears no cost escalations due to fines / penalties for delays in tax filing / inaccurate tax filing pertaining to the asset.
• Educational Qualification :
• 1.CA with 2-3 years of work experience is required for the role.
• 2. Strong knowledge of IND AS 115 & 116 is preferred.
