Deputy Manager/Manager - Business Finance - CA

Role and responsibilities:

1. Financial Planning & Analysis:

• Support specific Business Units with end-to-end Finance operational support including the processes viz. Quote to Cash, Procure to Pay, Reporting, etc.
• Provide the business with timely, accurate and insightful analysis of the results.
• Acts as a one source of truth for numbers - Key financial metrics and performance drivers.

2. Accounting & Reporting:

• Responsible for all Accounting, Compliance & Reporting of Operations.
• Responsible for completion of accurate and timely monthly financial close.
• Leading financial close review with Finance Leadership including month-end review, finalization of P&L accounts, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statements.
• Compliance with GAAP (Ind-AS), enforce company accounting policies, practices, and internal controls, and ensure consistency in accounting.
• Responsible for accurate and on time Financial Reports and Analysis, Receivables and Payables Management, Inventory, Costing and Banking Operations.

3. Other Initiatives:

• Take initiatives in implementation of various Business Intelligence Tools, Compliance Management System, Contract Management System, Automation etc.

Qualifications:

• CA Fresher, qualified CA with 1 - 2 yrs, Inter CA with 5 - 7 yrs of work experience in Finance.
• Start-up experience and scaling up a start-up through the Series-A, Series-B funding efforts preferred.
• Advanced expertise in MS Office including PowerPoint, Excel (Pivots, Lookup, Conditional Functions, Power BI etc.).
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
• High-energy with a sense of urgency, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook and impeccable integrity.
• Excellent analytical, reasoning, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
