Plant Head - Infection Prevention Products

Role Summary:

To lead and manage the manufacturing operations of infection prevention products, ensuring efficient production, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and continuous improvement across all plant functions.

Responsibilities:

Plant Operations Leadership:

• Oversee end-to-end plant operations including production, quality, maintenance, supply chain, and EHS.
• Ensure optimal utilization of resources to meet production targets and customer demand.

Quality &Compliance:

• Ensure adherence to GMP, ISO, FDA, and other relevant regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with QA/QC teams to maintain high product quality and safety standards.

People Management:

• Lead, mentor, and develop cross-functional teams across shifts.
• Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous learning.

Strategic Planning & Execution:

• Drive operational excellence through lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and automation initiatives.
• Develop and manage budgets, cost controls, and capital expenditure plans.

Health, Safety & Environment (HSE):

• Champion a zero-incident safety culture.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability goals.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Liaise with R&D, procurement, sales, and senior leadership to align plant goals with organizational strategy.
• Support new product introductions and technology transfers.
