Job Description
- newspaRole & responsibilities:
- Plan and execute internal communication initiatives to engage and inform employees.
- Create and disseminate daily industry news mailers and internal updates.
- Develop and publish internal newsletters highlighting initiatives, achievements, and stories.
- Draft, review, and release press releases on business milestones, CSR, and achievements.
- Coordinate media interactions, interviews, and site visits to enhance brand visibility.
- Manage and regularly update the corporate website and media section with relevant content.
- Develop content for blogs, articles, speeches, videos, and digital platforms.
- Plan and coordinate internal events, campaigns, and video projects with internal teams and vendors.
- Liaise with business units, leadership, and external agencies to gather inputs and execute communication plans.
- Maintain a structured MarCom repository to archive communication and branding assets.

- Postgraduate qualification in Corporate Communication, Public Relations, Mass Communication, or Marketing.
- 3 to 6 years of experience in corporate communication, PR, or marketing communications.
- Strong expertise in content creation across internal, external, and digital platforms.
- Hands-on exposure to media relations, website management, and digital communication.
- Proven ability in stakeholder coordination, managing multiple projects, and meeting tight deadlines.
- Candidates worked in digital media, newspaper, magazine industry/companies preferred.
