Job Description
This job role is to provide pre-litigation and litigation support for the company for various commercial, property, criminal disputes including disputes with dealers / vendors and with local administrative bodies / regulatory bodies and some support on real estate matters. If the candidate has the bandwidth then he will also support in driving compliance.
Role & responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee legal proceedings initiated by or against the company, ensuring timely and effective representation.
- Handle operational legal issues and disputes at administrative and subordinate court levels, demonstrating strong knowledge of local laws and legal practices.
- Review and interpret property-related documents, support internal stakeholders, and coordinate with authorities on real estate matters.
- Address and manage legal issues arising under criminal laws, ensuring compliance with due legal process.

- Liaise with external counsels, government bodies, and internal departments for effective legal resolution and risk mitigation.
- Provide regular updates and reports on ongoing cases and legal matters to the General Counsel.
- Undertake additional legal assignments and special projects as directed by the General Counsel.
