Manager - Global Mobility & International Human Resource

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage HR operations for overseas offices across multiple countries.
• Handle expatriate management, international assignments, deputations, and global mobility programs.
• Manage employees transferred or deputed to different countries.
• Coordinate international onboarding, transfers, promotions, and other employee lifecycle processes.
• Manage immigration and work authorization requirements for international employees.
• Ensure compliance with applicable local employment, immigration, and statutory regulations.
• Coordinate with internal HR teams, employees, immigration consultants, and external stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate employee and mobility-related documentation and records.
• Support employees throughout international assignments and relocation processes.
• Ensure smooth transition and coordination during international transfers and repatriation.

Required Candidate Profile:

• Experience in HR Operations, Global Mobility, International HR, or Overseas HR Operations.
• Hands-on experience in expatriate management and international assignments.
• Experience managing employees deputed or transferred across multiple countries.
• Strong understanding of international immigration and work permit processes.
• Knowledge of local employment and immigration compliance requirements across different countries.
• Strong coordination, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple international HR processes and employee cases simultaneously.
