President - Operations - Automotive

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage operations across multiple manufacturing plants.
• Drive Plant P&L, cost optimization, productivity, and operational performance.
• Oversee manufacturing, quality, production, and supply chain operations.
• Lead business transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing, TPM, TQM, and operational excellence practices.
• Drive business process excellence and improve plant efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and compliance standards.
• Develop and mentor plant leadership teams while fostering a high-performance culture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business and operational goals.

Required Skills:

• 18-25 years of experience in manufacturing operations.
• Proven experience managing multiple manufacturing plants.

• Strong leadership, strategic planning, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in automotive, engineering, or industrial manufacturing.
• Exposure to digital manufacturing and Industry 4.0 initiatives.
• MBA/PGDM or equivalent management qualification is an added advantage.
