President Operations Role - Automotive Industry

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead operations across multiple manufacturing plants with end-to-end P&L ownership.
• Drive operational excellence, business transformation, and manufacturing performance improvement.
• Develop and execute strategies to improve productivity, quality, cost, and delivery.
• Manage plant-level P&L, budgets, costs, and profitability.
• Drive excellence across manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and operations.
• Lead manufacturing transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Implement and strengthen TPM, TQM, Lean Manufacturing, and Lean Enterprise practices.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for productivity, quality, cost, efficiency, and delivery.
• Drive business process excellence and people excellence across plants.
• Develop leadership capabilities and build high-performing plant management teams.
• Identify operational risks and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop long-term manufacturing and business strategies.

Required Candidate Profile:

• 15-20+ years of experience in manufacturing/operations leadership.
• Proven experience managing multiple plants with P&L responsibility.
• Strong exposure to sheet metal manufacturing.
• Strong experience in manufacturing, quality, and supply chain operations.
• Proven track record in operational excellence and business transformation.
• Strong knowledge of TPM, TQM, Lean Manufacturing, and Lean Enterprise.
• Experience driving business process and people excellence.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
