Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential customers through various resources.
- Generate new business opportunities and qualify leads.
- Talk to potential leads over phone, email & LinkedIn.
- Collect leads from available resources, databases, references and online platforms.
- Follow up consistently with leads until the order is confirmed.
- Coordinate with customers for quotations, samples and product discussions.
- Update lead status and customer interactions in the CRM/Excel tracker.
- Once the order is confirmed, hand over the project smoothly to the Owner/Management for production execution.
Skills Required
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email).
