BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

Roles & Responsibilities

• Visit doctors, clinics, and chemists daily in your assigned area.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare partners.
• Onboard new doctors into the Nvron Clinical Partner Network.
• Achieve monthly sales and partner-enrollment targets.
• Update daily visit reports in the company system (Zoho).
• Collect market and competitor feedback from the field.
• Coordinate with the head office team for orders and follow-ups.
• Field job (willingness to travel everyday to any states)

Skills Required

• Confident communication in Tamil (English is a plus).
• 2+ years of field sales experience.
• Ability to build trust with doctors and customers.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Basic smartphone skills (for reporting apps).
• Own a two-wheeler with a valid license.
• English, Hindi, Malayalam, Kannada, Telugu ( Any 1 additional language is a plus)

• Fixed salary of ₹30,000/month. (for experienced)
