Job Description
What will you do:
Constantly assess effectiveness of existing collections strategies and recommend new strategies Innovate and experiment on new data backed strategies to increase collections efficiencies or reduce costs Work closely with collections operations ensure proper execution of the strategies is happening Create and maintain dashboards, reporting mechanisms, and early warning systems to support performance management and strategic decision-making
Own the periodic review with the both internal/external stakeholders to track portfolio performance Help shape the product design to smoothen the operations processes and using digital channels to increase collection efficiencies Work closely with credit underwriting team to ensure the feedback loop is closed and learnings are relayed into our credit decisioning strategies
you should apply if you have/are:
3+ years of experience doing qualitative and quantitative analysis in the similar domain Have a proven track record of decision making and problem solving based on data & analytics Have ability to figure out patterns/insights from data and make recommendations Have experience in designing A/B tests, learning and iterating on them to come up with the effective strategies Have worked with partner teams to communicate requirements and drive necessary outputs Working with banking/fintech or having credit risk experience is a plus
