what will you do
take ownership in designing and driving credit risk strategies across underwriting, limit assessments, pricing structures, portfolio management, and collections lead initiatives to define and implement new product and pricing strategies by closely collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and data science act as a key contributor to the growth of the lending business by generating significant top-line and bottom-line impacts
conduct advanced analytics to analyze credit performance, uncover root causes of emerging trends, and develop actionable insights to enhance credit decisioning and portfolio optimization stay ahead of macroeconomic and consumer behavior trends to forecast risk and adapt strategies accordingly
you should apply if you:
have 2-6 years of experience in credit risk, data analytics, or relevant roles in consulting, banking, or lending possess a proven record of success in data-driven decision-making, with a strong aptitude for quantitative analysis and conceptual problem-solving are highly proficient in analytics tools such as SQL, Python, R, or advanced Excel, and can confidently interpret and model data demonstrate the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and strike the right balance between being aggressive and responsible in decision-making have a deep understanding of credit risk management, lending products, or consumer credit trends, with tangible achievements in driving portfolio growth or mitigating risk
