What will you do:partnerships growth performance management of demand partnerships own relationships with top partners like paisa bazaar tata neu super money Buddy loans etc onboarding new partners & scale them drive unique commercial constructs that maximize disbursals and margins be obsessed about funnel efficiencies and helping partners increase their return on investment and hence become a lender of choice for them operational excellence identify areas of improvement and reduce partners funnel leakage and breakdowns build operational processes for sustainable scale up execution people leadership build and grow relationships with key stakeholders across partners foster collaboration internally across product risk business intelligence and legal 4-7 years of experience in partnerships alliances roles proven success in scaling demand via partnerships alliances role strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills excellent stakeholder management deep understanding of CAC unit economics and revenue optimization exposure to lending tech stacks and integrations
