Relationship Officer - LAP (Vijayawada)

Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated Relationship Officer to join our team in Vijayawada, specializing in Loan Against Property (LAP). This role involves managing and growing a portfolio of LAP clients, ensuring exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets.

Job Responsibilities:**

• Proactively identify and acquire new clients for Loan Against Property (LAP) products.
• Manage and nurture existing client relationships, understanding their financial needs and offering suitable LAP solutions.
• Conduct thorough financial analysis and credit assessment of LAP applicants.
• Prepare and present loan proposals to clients, clearly explaining terms and conditions.
• Ensure timely and efficient processing of LAP applications, coordinating with internal departments.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets for LAP products.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of LAP products, market trends, and competitor offerings.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
• Provide excellent customer service and address client queries and concerns effectively.

Job Qualifications:**

• Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience (2+ years) in sales or relationship management, preferably within the financial services sector with exposure to LAP.
• Strong understanding of Loan Against Property products and processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Results-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Proficiency in local language (Telugu) and English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
