Job Description
What role you will play in team: Collaborate with a team of experienced professionals on various debt capital market transactions for corporate clients.
What you will do: Support senior bankers in executing debt financing transactions, including financial modeling, due diligence and client presentations.
Key responsibility:
- Assist in the preparation of marketing materials and presentations for clients.
- Conduct financial analysis and due diligence on prospective clients.
- Develop and maintain financial models for debt financing transactions.
- Prepare credit proposals and other documentation for debt financing transactions.
- Manage client relationships.
Required Qualification and Skills:
- MBA or Masters in Finance
- 1-2 years of experience in investment banking or corporate finance.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial modeling software.
