Corporate Finance Associate - Investment Banking

What role you will play in team: You will be an integral part of a dynamic team focused on delivering high-quality financial advisory services to our clients across various industries in India. You’ll contribute to deal execution, financial modeling and analysis.

What you will do: You will assist in the preparation of financial models, presentations and due diligence reports, directly supporting senior bankers.

Key responsibility:

• Financial modeling and valuation.
• Conducting industry and company research.
• Preparing presentations and marketing materials for clients.
• Assisting in the preparation of due diligence reports.
• Supporting senior bankers in deal execution.
• Maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• MBA or Master's degree in Finance or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in investment banking or corporate finance.
• Strong financial modeling skills (Excel, DCF).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
