Investment Banking Analyst - Leveraged Finance

What role you will play in team: You will support senior bankers in all aspects of leveraged finance transactions, from origination to closing.

What you will do: This includes financial modeling, credit analysis, and client interaction.

Key responsibility:

• Financial modeling and valuation of companies for leveraged buyout transactions.
• Credit analysis and due diligence on prospective borrowers.
• Preparation of marketing materials and presentations for leveraged finance transactions.
• Assisting in the negotiation and closing of leveraged finance deals.
• Client interaction and relationship management.
• Monitoring portfolio companies' performance.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling software.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Understanding of leveraged finance and credit markets.
