Job Description
What role you will play in team:Support the Leveraged Finance team in originating, structuring, and executing leveraged buyout financing transactions.
What you will do:Conduct detailed financial analysis, modeling, and valuation of potential transactions.
Key responsibility:
- Financial modeling and valuation of leveraged buyouts.
- Due diligence on borrowers and their assets.
- Preparation of credit memos and presentations.
- Liaison with clients, underwriters, and other stakeholders.
- Deal flow management and transaction tracking.
- Analysis of financial statements and credit reports.
Required Qualification and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Understanding of leveraged finance and credit markets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and other financial software.
