Investment Banking Associate - Leveraged Finance

What role you will play in team: You will be an integral part of the Leveraged Finance team, assisting in the execution of leveraged buyouts and other debt financings.

What you will do: You'll conduct financial analysis, prepare presentations, and support the deal structuring process.

Key responsibility:

• Financial modeling and valuation of companies
• Credit analysis and due diligence
• Preparation of pitch books and presentations to clients
• Negotiating deal terms and structuring transactions
• Supporting the syndication and placement of debt
• Preparing and monitoring deal documents

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or a related field
• Strong financial modeling skills (Excel, Bloomberg)
• Understanding of leveraged finance and debt capital markets
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in financial software
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
