Job Description
What role you will play in team: Support senior bankers in financial restructuring engagements. Assist in developing restructuring plans and negotiating with stakeholders.
What you will do: Conduct financial analysis, due diligence, and valuation of distressed companies. Prepare presentations and reports for clients and stakeholders.
Key responsibility:

Required Qualification and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of financial statement analysis and restructuring principles.
- Proficiency in financial modeling software.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
