Roles and Responsibilities :
- Handle customer queries related to loan recoveries, payment collections, and debt recovery through phone calls.
- Process domestic voice processes for banking clients, including NBFCs.
- Execute telecalling campaigns to collect outstanding payments from customers.
- Provide excellent customer service by resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Job Requirements :
- 0-2 years of experience in banking collection or a similar industry.
- Proficiency in Hindi language is required.
- Strong knowledge of loan recovery, payment collection, and debt recovery procedures.
- Experience with domestic voice process operations is an added advantage.
