Tellecaller Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Handle inbound calls from customers to resolve their queries related to loan recoveries, debt collections, and payment issues.
• Identify potential clients for new business opportunities and upsell/cross-sell NBFC services as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
• Meet daily/weekly targets set by management while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements :

• 0-2 years of experience in telecalling or a similar role in the financial industry (NBFC).
• Strong communication skills in Hindi language is mandatory.
• Ability to work on domestic voice processes, including debt recovery, credit collection, loan recovery, and payment recovery.
