Collection Executive Banking Process (Tele caller)
Location: Unit No B2. No 769 Phase 1, Lower ground floor, Spencer Plaza Anna Salai, Thousand Lights, Chennai - 600 002.
Department: Collections | Banking Process
Job Role:
- Handle outbound calls to customers for loan/credit card collections
- Follow up on pending payments and negotiate repayment schedules
- Maintain accurate customer records and call logs
- Ensure compliance with banking & RBI guidelines
- Achieve daily/monthly collection targets
Eligibility Criteria:
- Freshers & experienced candidates welcome
- Good communication skills (Tamil / English / Hindi preferred)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Willingness to work in targets-driven environment
Salary & Benefits: Salary: 14,000 - 20,000 per month
