The role involves designing conversation flows and prompts, handling objections and unexpected responses, improving bot performance, and working with LLMs, voice agents, and agentic AI workflows to take bots from concept to production.ResponsibilitiesDesign end-to-end conversation flows and prompts.Handle objections, edge cases, fallback responses, and unexpected customer inputs.Make AI conversations natural, intelligent, and goal-oriented.Test, evaluate, and continuously improve bot performance.Work with LLMs, voice agents, and agentic AI workflows.Help take AI-powered bots from concept to production.RequirementsStrong logical thinking and communication skills.Interest in LLMs, prompt engineering, and conversational AI.Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
