Role Summary:
We are seeking a high-caliber Relationship Manager Lead to drive our real estate sales division to new heights. In this pivotal role, you will act as a "Sales Strategist and People Architect," responsible for developing high-impact sales plans and leading a high-performance team to achieve ambitious revenue goals. You will oversee the entire sales lifecyclefrom identifying emerging market trends and new business opportunities to maintaining elite-level relationships with key HNIs and corporate partners. The ideal candidate is a decisive leader with a proven track record in the real estate sector, capable of aligning sales strategies with marketing initiatives while ensuring strict adherence to industry regulations and best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Sales Orchestration: Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans and go-to-market strategies to meet and exceed organizational revenue objectives.
- Sales Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Relationship Managers, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and professional growth.
- Target Management & Analysis: Set rigorous sales targets, monitor team performance via CRM dashboards, and provide detailed analytical reports to senior management.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends, pricing shifts, and untapped customer segments.
- Key Account & Relationship Management: Build and sustain long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), corporate clients, and strategic partners to drive retention.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with Marketing and Product Development teams to ensure sales campaigns and product offerings are perfectly aligned with market demand.
- Campaign & Pricing Governance: Oversee the execution of sales promotions, digital campaigns, and dynamic pricing strategies to maximize inventory turnover.
- Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure all sales transactions and team behaviors comply with company policies, RERA guidelines, and other industry regulations.
- Process Excellence: Implement continuous improvement initiatives and best practices in sales management to streamline the customer acquisition journey.
Technical Requirements:
- Industry Expertise: 8+ years of experience in Real Estate sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.

- Analytical Proficiency: Strong ability to interpret sales data, financial metrics, and market research reports.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of real estate laws, including RERA and local property registration processes.
