About the role:

We are looking for a Personal Shopper (WhatsApp Sales)  to provide a premium shopping experience to our clients through WhatsApp. This role is ideal for someone passionate about fashion, with a strong understanding of client needs and an ability to foster long-term relationships. As a Personal Shopper, you will engage clients, offer personalized recommendations, and ensure an exceptional shopping experience without the need to source products.

What Youll Be Doing (aka Your Hustle):

Personalized Styling & Recommendations:

Recommend the best sneakers, streetwear, and luxury products from our existing inventory based on each clients preferences and needs.

Stay up to date with fashion trends to offer relevant and exclusive products that match clients styles.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, personalized relationships with clients, becoming their trusted fashion advisor.

Deliver an exceptional, tailored shopping experience that encourages loyalty and repeat business.

WhatsApp Sales Management:

Handle client inquiries, present products, and manage the entire sales process through WhatsApp.

Provide timely, professional, and engaging communication to ensure a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience.

Exclusive Shopping Experience:

Organize private consultations and personalized shopping experiences for clients via WhatsApp and in-store.

Collaborate with the retail and events teams to enhance the shopping journey with special experiences for VIP clients.

Brand Representation:

Represent CDCs culture and values in every client interaction.

Share insights and feedback with the team to ensure our offerings align with customer preferences and trends.

Achieve Sales Goals:

Meet individual and team sales targets by driving client engagement and completing sales via WhatsApp.

Track and report on the effectiveness of your sales efforts to contribute to the businesss profitability and growth.
